At the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this charming detached character house built in 1950 welcomes you to a peaceful setting.
The region is ideal for a wide range of activities: Fishing, Hiking (Monts du Cantal, Puy Mary, Puy Griou, etc.), Nordic activities at the Super-Lioran ski resort (27 km), golf at Vézac (7 km), Châteaux de Pesteils, Maison des Eaux at Vic-sur-Cère, horse-riding center (1 km), Tennis (3 km). Local markets in July and August, farm produce sales 400 m from the Holiday cottage.
The house has a courtyard and 2000 m² of enclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. First floor: dining room with fireplace (free wood), fitted kitchenette, living room with flat-screen TV and telephone, separate toilet.
