Located in a peaceful setting, this semi-detached house welcomes you to the village of Allanche, in the heart of the Cézallier region.
The 8x4m private swimming pool is covered from May 16 to September 26, 2026, and is equipped with a high shelter.
Nearby, you'll be able to discover the wealth of local flora and fauna, Hiking on the Cézallier plateau's summer pastures, the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, the Pinatelle forest massif and the Veyrines, Terrisse and Courbière waterfalls. You can also enjoy downhill skiing at the Super Lioran ski resort and fishing at Lake du Pêcher and in the Allanche river.
This Holiday cottage has 300m² of unenclosed land with its own swimming pool, two terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable:; le gite était parfait, avec tout le confort souhaité, très propre et fonctionnel Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui nous a permis de nous détendre après de chaudes journées de randonnées ou de visites. A Sallanche, nous avons trouvé les petits commerces indispensables (boulangerie, petite supérette). Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants et disponibles, tout en restant très discrets. De plus, le gite n'est pas loin de beaux sites (Puy Mary, Le Lioran...) ou de beaux villages (Salers, Saint Flour...).

Philippe Parfait pour un long weekend printanier
Un très joli gîte sur les hauteurs d'Allanche. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, confortable et parfait pour une famille.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillant, sympathiques, de bon conseil tout en restant discret.
Allanche est bien située pour parcourir le Cézallier et les monts du cantal avec de belles randonnées de toutes longueurs et difficultés. La piscine est un vrai plus et il est bien agréable de s'y délasser en retour de balade.- Cleanliness

mum Allanche une découverte !
Le gite était conforme à nos attentes. Très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La piscine est un plus. La région est belle et que dire des commerçants qui nous ont permis de manger de très très bonnes choses! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et malgré leur proximité ils sont très discrets.
