Nestled in the Nord Cantal, between Sancy and Puy Mary, come and discover the Sumène-Artense region in this detached house, a former gatekeeper's house and the owners' second home, with its personalized decor.
Located on the edge of the D103, next to a 15 km-long green trail (former railroad line) for walking and cycling.
Nearby, you can discover the Dordogne gorges, the Bort les Orgues dam with its beach and water sports facilities, the Château de Val in Lanobre, and numerous Romanesque churches.
Outside, you'll enjoy 1500 m² of enclosed grounds and a south-facing terrace. On the first floor (accessed by a step), living room with fireplace (free wood-burning insert), flat-screen TV with Orange TV, DVD player and video library, wifi internet access, dining room, kitchenette, shower room (jet shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed and 1 x 1-person sofa bed, 1 attic bedroom with 1 x 130 bed, separate wc (sanibrins). Hendrik Maison avec atmosphère
Mous avons passé quinze jours agréable dans cette gîte. Aménagé avec beaucoup de goût qui donne une atmosphère intime et de se sentir chez soi. Maison fraiche en plein été et bien équipée. Il faut faire attention aux marches inattendues.
On s’accoutume très vite au chemin assez fréquenté.
Beau jardin ombragé et privatif. Magnifique région pour balades à pied ou à vélo.
Chaleureux accueil de Caroline toujours à l’écoute.

Kiki Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec beaucoup de choses à faire aux environs. Gîtes agréable et bien aménagé. Une mention spéciale à Caroline pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Merci pour le petit cadeau à notre arrivée.

AG Notre séjour dans le Cantal
L accueil de Caroline très chaleureux et à l'écoute. Ola notre chien l'a bien compris. Elle a vite pris ses aises. Merci pour le cadeau à notre arrivée. Le gîte est bien situé pour les randonneurs et les ballades à vélo. Voie verte et chemin de randos juste à côté. Pas de vis a vis. Logement très confortables bercé par le chant des oiseaux. Nous dans le Sud c'est le chant des cigales. Un petit conseil, il faudrait juste réparer le petite portail en bois qui donne sur la route car un petit chien peut se faire la malle à travers les barreaux. Ola notre chien impossible car c'est un berger Australien qui se porte bien. Conclusion: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous.

Deux nordistes Découverte du patrimoine
Séjour au vert. nous avons repris contact avec une région riche en paysages variés.
Beaucoup de possibilités pour qui s'intéresse au patrimoine, vielles pierres églises, châteaux etc.
