Located at the foot of Puy Griou and 4 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this detached character house dating from 1869 welcomes you to a pleasant mid-mountain hamlet.
Located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, it's within easy reach of Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal and the Grand Site National du Puy Mary. There's plenty of hiking to be done. You can also take advantage of the summer and winter resorts of Super-Lioran (accrobranche, mountain biking, ice rink, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, etc.), visit the medieval towns of Murat and Saint-Flour, as well as numerous castles and listed churches.
You'll enjoy a terrace overlooking the Plomb du Cantal and the Cère valley, and an unfenced plot with garden furniture and barbecue.
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player and fireplace (wood burner 80€/m3), fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet. Mezzanine with access via Japanese staircase, 2 single beds. Electric heating according to consumption.
Bakery in Saint-Jacques des Blats 2.5 km. Grocery in Thiézac 8 km. All shops in Vic-sur-Cère 14 km.

Pierre17 Excellent séjour dans le Cantal
Excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé et avec une vue grandiose sur les monts du Cantal, en particulier le Plomb du Cantal. Gîte en pleine nature mais bien placé proche des zones de découverte, parfait pour une déconnexion en vacances. Un point à avoir en tête : la deuxième chambre est "ouverte" sur le salon ce qui ne l'isole pas du bruit et de la lumière le matin. Un détail vu la qualité du gîte. Merci aussi pour l'accueil !

Kaat Authentiek vakantiehuis in een schitterende streek
Een authentiek vakantiehuis in een schitterende streek! Heel veel wandelmogelijkheden direct vanaf de vakantiewoning. Onthaal gebeurt niet door de eigenaar wat misschien wat jammer is. Er ligt geen map met courante informatie. De netheid van het huisje kan ook heel wat beter! Een nieuw terras met schitterend uitzicht, maar geen rechtstreekse toegang vanuit het huisje wat best een nadeel is. Maar we hebben ons daar best geamuseerd!
