Nestled in the hills above the village of Lugarde, this fully-renovated 1825 semi-detached character house welcomes you to a quiet, unspoilt setting.
Located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, you can enjoy hiking nearby, as well as the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, swimming and water sports at Lac de Lastioules, fishing in the Santoire and skiing at the Super-Besse and Super-Lioran resorts. You can also visit the villages of Marcenat, Condat and Riom es Montagnes, discover the Cézallier velorail, the Marcenat Orthodox monastery and the Vulcania theme park.
This gîte benefits from 200m² of enclosed grounds with panoramic views over the village of Lugarde and the Cantal mountains. First floor: living room with fireplace and pellet stove (1 bag per day included, €7 per additional bag), fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 raised single bed. Electric heating according to consumption. No TV available.
