Nestled near the Puy Mary National Grand Site, in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, this fully renovated semi-detached house from 1895—adjacent to an old, unoccupied barn—welcomes you to a small mid-mountain hamlet.
This region is ideal for hiking (the Cantal Mountains, the Cézallier Plateau, the Cheylade Valley, and the Puy Mary National Grand Site) as well as paragliding. You can also explore the region’s rich architectural heritage: the town of Riom-es-Mountain, the ruins of Apchon Castle, a tour of Romanesque churches, and visits to traditional alpine huts.
This holiday cottage features an unfenced 2,700 m² property with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious living room with a fireplace (free wood-burning stove), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and internet access, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with one 160x200 bed each, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric heating billed according to usage. Beds made on arrival.
