Located in the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, in the heart of the Cirque de Mandailles, this house of character from 1890 completely renovated in 2017, adjoining another gite (n ° 286) and an uninhabited house, welcomes you in a small mountain hamlet overlooking the valley.
Near Puy Mary, classified as a Grand National Site, this gîte offers you the possibility of practicing outdoor activities (GR4, GR400 and the Jordanne gorges nearby), house of outdoor activities in Mandailles (paragliding, climbing, canyoning, trail running, etc.), snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at the Super-Lioran resort and at Col de Légal. You can also discover the built heritage of Cantal: visit Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the towns of Murat and Aurillac.
This house has an open courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor, spacious and bright living room with fireplace (pellet stove €5 per bag), wifi internet access, flat screen TV, integrated kitchen area with induction hob, separate toilet and laundry room. On the 1st floor, relaxation area with library, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Electric heating according to consumption.

C'était parfait
5/5Ce gîte est très bien situé pour les randonneurs.
Le hameau est idéal pour un repos au calme et en pleine nature.
Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre, lumineux, la table familiale et le grand salon sont parfaits pour se retrouver en famille.
Le petit salon de lecture est très agréable, la literie parfaite.

Une excellente adresse pour un séjour cantalien
5/5Le gite est très bien situé, au bord d'un GR : balades possibles sans prendre de voiture .. Maison parfaitement rénovée, avec du goût et de beaux matériaux. Très fonctionnel, cuisine parfaitement équipée, une belle salle de bain et une literie de qualité . Le hameau est très calme . Le plus : possibilité d'acheter du cantal, des charcuteries à la ferme de Lavaissière à 5 min à pieds . L'accueil est sympathique, avec en cadeau d'arrivée des produits locaux délicieux ...
