Nestled at the crossroads of Cantal, Lot and Aveyron, this detached character house dating from 1800 has been entirely renovated in keeping with Cantalien architecture, and welcomes you to a small hamlet with panoramic views over the Lot and Aveyron rivers. An unheated 10x5m swimming pool with a 50m² beach is located around 25 meters from the gîte, and is open from June 13 to September 12, 2026. The owners reserve the use of the Piscine every Friday from 5pm to 11pm and every Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Situated in the heart of the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne, this region is ideal for outdoor activities such as Hiking (Lot valley and Cantal mountains nearby), Swimming (equipped beaches and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès and Lake Tolerme), Fishing,... You can also discover the medieval towns of Maurs and Figeac, the Petites Cités de Caractère of Marcolès and Laroquebrou, the villages of Salers, Tournemire, Conques, Marcolès, Saint-Cirq Lapopie and Collonges la Rouge classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France, and the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour. This house benefits from 500 m² of unenclosed land, a covered shelter, a gaming room adjoining the Holiday cottage and accessible from outside, and a terrace with garden furniture and panoramic views. First floor with ground-level entrance, bright living room with TV, stereo and Wi-Fi Internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom, separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, separate toilet, dressing room. Oil-fired heating (depending on consumption, from €30 to €150), electricity included in rates. From 02/05/2026 to 13/06/2026 and from 12/09/2026 to 26/09/2026, possibility of access to the Piscine for a fee of €250 per week, to be arranged with the owners. Short stays on request.
