Located in a building with 6 apartments, this gîte, open all year round, welcomes you to the heart of a pretty, typical Haute-Auvergne village.
In Coltines: activities during school vacations, accrobranche (tree climbing), orienteering circuit, bike park, cross-country ski center with equipment rental, agricultural museum.
You can enjoy Nordic activities (downhill skiing 20 minutes away, ski touring and snowshoeing 15 minutes away) at the Prat de Bouc and Le Lioran resorts, discover the medieval towns of Saint-Flour and Murat, the Garabit viaduct by Gustave Eiffel, the Chaudes-Aigues spa and many hiking trails in the Cantalien massif.
There's a shared enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Ground floor: living room with 2 pull-out beds, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, shower room with closed toilet. Wifi internet access. Shared washing machine. Electric heating according to consumption.

un village accueillant, calme,avec son charme,tout le monde se parle, des activités pour tous , facile d'accès à plusieurs sites selon si l'on veut marcher ,visiter ou découvrir des exploitations.une première expérience avec nos chiens mais sans problème ,logement agréable en rdc avec tout ce qui faut même des coquetiers...les fenêtres neuves isolent bien du chaud pour la façade plein SUD ; les canards qui sont sur la retenue d'eau à côté ,sont les mascottes du village et amusent les petits et les grands
