Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this single-storey Holiday cottage on the first floor of an 1830 house with a second gîte upstairs and adjoining another gîte welcomes you to a small hamlet 1 km from Thiézac.
This region is ideal for Hiking, winter sports at the Super Lioran ski resort 12 km away, discovering the Cantal mountains (Puy Griou, Grand Site National du Puy Mary,...), the Cère gorges, numerous waterfalls, visiting the Château de Pesteils in Polminhac, the Petite Cité de Caractère in Murat, the village of Vic-sur-Cère and the Notre Dame de la Consolation chapel in Thiézac.

Ep Typique du Cantal et très confortable
Logement au charme du Cantal. Propre et spacieux, bien équipé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au ski. La station est à environ 15min en voiture avec de la bonne route. Un peu d'air frais dans l'entrée mais les autres pièces sont très bien chauffées.

Ce gite est excellent de part sa position géographique, il y fait frais par les fortes chaleur, le petit jardin y est très agréable pour y manger ou farnienter.
On y trouve tout l'équipement ménager nécessaire récent pour cuisiner comme bon nous semble.
Petit point d'amélioration à apporter pour l'isolation phonique car on entend tous les bruits du gite d'au dessus, ainsi que chaque fois que l'eau est utilisée. TOP si vous venez à 2 familles :-) pour annexer les 2 gites !- Cleanliness
