Located at the gates of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this gîte on the 1st floor of an 1884 building including the town hall on the ground floor and adjoining the multipurpose room welcomes you in the town of Méallet.
Nearby, you can visit the castles of Val, Auzers, Anjony, Trémolière and the villages of Salers and Tournemire classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France. You can also ride the rail bike, discover the Salins waterfall, the Grand National Site of Puy Mary, go hiking (Cantal mountains, Col d'Aulac, Mars valley, Dordogne gorges...), fishing ( Lake Trizac, Mars and Dordogne), swimming and water activities (Bort les Orgues dam lake).

Très bon séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte très bien aménagé, propre.
Le voisinage s’avère très courtois et l’accueil très bon et sérieux.Point de départ très adéquat pour visiter la chaîne des puys.

Vacances au calme
5/5Nous avons été bien accueillis, le séjour a été agréable dans la campagne cantalienne durant ces deux semaines, de belles randonnées au pied du gîte, les voisins sont accueillants, nous avons visité de nombreux lieux remarquables du département. Nous conseillons ce gîte aux familles avec enfants et les chiens sont acceptés.

Belle campagne
4/5Petit village au milieu d'une belle verdure et au calme cela nous a plu.
