Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne and just 12 km from the resort of Super-Lioran, this character house adjoining gîte n°408 welcomes you to a pleasant little hamlet.
You can enjoy winter sports 12 km away, cool off in the Cère gorges in summer and admire the many waterfalls, go hiking (Monts du Cantal, Puy Griou, Puy Mary, etc.), discover the Pesteils castle in Polminhac, the medieval towns of Murat and Vic-sur-Cère, and the Notre Dame de la Consolation chapel in Thiézac.
This fully renovated 1885 house has an unenclosed courtyard at the front, a private terrace with garden furniture and a garage. A barbecue is available (shared with gîte n°408).
First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, fiber-optic wifi Internet access, fully-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and flat-screen TV, shower room, separate toilet. Gas central heating included. All charges included. A charge of €25/week applies for electric car recharging.
Shops 1 km away. Vic sur Cère 6 km. Aurillac 25 km. Gîte close to the N122. Possibility of renting with gîte n°408 for 8 people.

Le gîte est confortable, l'accueil chaleureux ( des bières au réfrigérateur pour notre arrivée en ce jour de canicule). très belles randonnées, chemins bien balisés. très bon séjour.

Biquette Un logement simple, fonctionnel et au calme
Un logement un peu excentré par rapport au village, mais au calme, avec facilité de stationnement et départ en balade à 2 pas.
La maison est très bien équipée (il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus !)

Caro Gîte très agréable et bien situé !
Le gîte est parfait pour un séjour de courte ou longue durée. Il est bien équipé. L accueil fut agréable, merci à Marinette qui a veillé pendant tout le séjour à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Le gîte est dans un hameau à proximité du bourg de Thiezac où l on peut s' y rendre à pied et où l' on trouve une pharmacie, une épicerie et une boulangerie. Des communications sur toutes les activités et animations locales nous ont été transmises tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci, si nous revenons dans le Cantal, nous penserons à ce gîte.
