A bright living area with sitting area (TV access to Canal+ channels, wifi connection), living room/integrated, fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll appreciate the cozy bedroom (160cm bed) and its direct access to the terrace.
The modern bathroom features an Italian-style shower and wall-hung toilet, accessible from the bedroom.

The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house, so there's no need to overlook each other, and each has its own entrance.
The gîte is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a green, wooded setting. Private parking space.

Just a 5-minute drive away is Vals-les-Bains, a charming spa town renowned for its healing waters (treatments, massages, cures, Spa at the Thermal baths).

Less than an hour away are the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the wild landscapes of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park.
