This detached house is ideal for a stay with family or friends in the South Ardèche. It's located in a quiet area, just a short stroll from the shops (bakery and mini-market), the "voie verte" for safe cycling and walking to the villages of Ruoms and Balazuc, and the magnificent Cirque des Gens. These sumptuous cliffs will seduce you and will be a must-see during your stay.

If you prefer to relax in the Holiday cottage, there's nothing better: the above-ground swimming pool has been laid out around a wooden terrace ideal for sunbathing and reading, with a lovely view of the cliffs and garden. Petanque court available. Depending on the time of day, you can choose between a covered terrace facing the Piscine for evening meals or aperitifs, or one on the other side for a mid-day break.
A garage is also available for your two wheels, bikes or motorcycles.

Inside the villa, the decor is warm and trendy, to make you feel right at home. The bright, air-conditioned living room has something for everyone. The kitchen is modern, integrated and fully equipped. For the nights, a master bedroom with a 140cm bed, terrace access and private shower room awaits you, as well as two other bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed.
