Located in St Alban Auriolles, less than 10 minutes from Ruoms and the sublime village of Labeaume, this detached villa can accommodate up to 6 people in modern comfort and a warm atmosphere.
You can walk to the village and enjoy the shops (bakery and mini-market) with ease.

The villa is set in grounds that are not overlooked, giving you complete privacy.
You'll be able to choose between meals in the shade of the pergola, coffee on the covered terrace or breakfast under the arbour.

Inside, the light-filled living area includes a beautiful lounge with TV, a living room facing the Piscine and a fully-equipped kitchen. It features reversible air conditioning for comfort in all seasons.
There's a master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower and WC), and 2 other bedrooms with 160cm and 140cm beds. Shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
Beds made on arrival, just like at home. Just remember to bring your own towels.

Swimming, relaxing, playing pétanque or ping-pong, your vacation program is all set.
And don't forget to visit the Grotte Chauvet, canoe under the Pont d'Arc in the Gorges de l'Ardèche, hike along the beautiful hiking trails and discover the dolmens starting from the Holiday cottage.
