La Villa Santai opens its doors to you in Ruoms for a sunny interlude in the heart of the Ardèche. Here, everything invites you to slow down and savor every moment, between blue skies and the gentle southern way of life. This detached house combines all the ingredients for a successful vacation with family or friends, in a peaceful setting where everyone naturally finds their place. As soon as the weather is fine, life is organized around the private Piscine and its pool house, which has been converted into a relaxation lounge, perfect for prolonging lazy afternoons. The fully enclosed grounds allow children to play freely while meals are improvised on the covered terrace, in a convivial atmosphere.

Just a short walk away (approx. 50m), the greenway takes you safely to the center of the village of Ruoms, on foot or by bike, while essential shops are just 800m away.

The villa's location is ideal for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche: the mythical Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Pont d'Arc promise spectacular scenery and unforgettable canoe trips. The Grotte Chauvet 2 plunges you into prehistory, while characterful villages such as Balazuc and Vogüé charm you with their authentic charm and stone lanes. Local Markets, river bathing and Hiking punctuate your days. Inside, the single-storey villa seduces you with its brightness. The spacious, open-plan living area invites you to share moments of conviviality with its comfortable TV lounge with homepod, its convivial dining area and its modern, fully-equipped kitchen with central island. Reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove ensure optimum comfort in all seasons. A large cellar completes the space, with plenty of storage and leisure equipment. The sleeping area comprises 4 bedrooms carefully decorated in a warm, contemporary style. Three bedrooms have double beds (140cm) or adjustable beds (2x80cm) to suit your needs, while the master suite offers an intimate cocoon with its 160cm bed and private shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling light and high-performance ventilation system for pleasantly cool nights. A second shower room with walk-in shower and WC is available, as is a second independent WC. Here, everything has been thought of for your comfort from the moment you arrive.
