The location is perfect: halfway to the emblematic sites of the southern Ardèche, including the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche and the magnificent villages of character, but also to the breathtaking scenery of the Ardèche mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Cascade du RayPic...). You're also just 10 minutes from the spa town of Vals les Bains.

This independent villa, on 2 levels, has a fully fenced garden with a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing in any season.
You'll enjoy a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen, living room and TV sofa lounge area. The bright room gives access to the covered terrace for breakfasts, meals or barbecues. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with TV (160cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An office area (without window) is equipped with a sofa bed, offering 2 additional beds. Upstairs, you'll find a second air-conditioned bedroom with TV (160cm bed) and access to a sunny terrace, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, and a 3rd air-conditioned bedroom (2 90cm beds).
Ideal for a get-together with family or friends, you'll have every comfort when you arrive: beds made on arrival, towels provided and bathrobes for the jacuzzi.

The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling for hot weather on the first floor. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There's a carport where you can park 1 car or your motorcycles. A secure bike room is also available. Private parking spaces are available in front of the Holiday cottage.
