Situated in a village surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields in the southern Ardèche, this detached 4-bedroom villa (sleeps 8) is the perfect address for your next vacation!

Set in approx. 2000m² of grounds, you'll enjoy all the little pleasures both indoors and out. Everything has been laid out to make you feel at home and never get bored: petanque court, trampoline and the big plus: the secure private swimming pool (May 15 - September 20) and its pool house. The garden is fully fenced, so your Kids can play in complete safety. Carport available.

You're on the tourist route of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the ideal Location for discovering these wonders. There are many caves to visit, including the famous Grotte Chauvet replica. And there's no shortage of things to do: canoeing, kayaking, Hiking, etc.

Inside the house, a warm, cocooning atmosphere awaits you.
The living room is bright and beautiful, with a view over the garden and its two terraces. The fireplace will warm up autumn days.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms are available (one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds), as well as a shower room and separate toilet. The 3rd bedroom is a few steps lower and gives direct access to the outdoors and the Piscine (two 90cm beds). Above the living room, the mezzanine is a small indoor relaxation area for quiet reading, with an extra bed for Kids. Bedroom 4 is the master suite with a double bed (140cm) and private bathroom (shower and WC). Beds made on arrival from 7 nights. Pets allowed.
The Holiday cottage has reversible air-conditioning on the first floor. Heating included for the rest of the house.
