In a peaceful residential area, centrally located for visiting the Ardèche, just a few minutes' walk from the shops and even the river Ardèche! Easy to discover emblematic sites: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche (restitution), villages of character Vogüé, Balazuc, Antraigues, Mt Gerbier de Joncs, Lake Issarlès.... Numerous activities: hiking, canoeing, canyoning, via ferrata, voie verte nearby. You'll be welcomed by the owners, who live in the house next door. Villa Ophelia is completely independent, however. In summer, you'll enjoy the private swimming pool*, and a large covered terrace for dining or relaxing. There's a charcoal barbecue and plancha, a garden for relaxing on deckchairs, and an area for playing pétanque or ping-pong. The 620 m2 grounds are fully enclosed, with private parking.

Inside, you'll appreciate the bright, spacious living area featuring a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a large living room and lounge with sofa, armchairs, large flat-screen TV, wifi. An underfloor heat pump heating system (underfloor heating-cooling) is pleasant in all seasons. At night, 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm beds and 1 with 2 90 cm beds). Bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity unit and separate toilet. Storeroom with washing machine and storage space. Attached garage for cars, motorcycles or bicycles available from end-June 2026.
