Welcome to La Villa Ô Baya, a brand-new (2026) standalone home, open year-round, located just a few minutes from the center of Vallon Pont d’Arc.
Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, it offers beautiful amenities in a contemporary setting, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy a bright and spacious home, fully air-conditioned, where every space has been designed with your comfort in mind.
The large, light-filled living area combines a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an integrated dining area (with high chairs); the entire space opens onto the terrace and the Piscine, allowing you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living to the fullest.

The sleeping area consists of a beautiful master suite with a 160-size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and direct access to the terrace. Three additional bedrooms accommodate family and friends: two bedrooms, each with three 90-cm beds, and a fourth bedroom with a 140-cm bed, which also opens onto the terrace and Piscine. A second spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a second separate toilet, complete the layout.

Outside, relax under the Ardèche sun. A private Piscine, pétanque court, garden, and pleasant semi-covered terrace invite you to fully enjoy the long summer days around a plancha or barbecue.

Things to do on your vacation:
Stroll through the lively streets of Vallon Pont d’Arc, enjoy its Provençal Market, and explore its restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutiques before heading to the river beaches for refreshing Swimming.
Paddle down the famous Ardèche Gorges by canoe or kayak—an unmissable experience that will take you all the way to the majestic Pont d’Arc.
Then set out to explore the Chauvet 2 Ardèche Cave, a replica of the famous decorated cave listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Take the time to visit the most beautiful villages of character in southern Ardèche, such as Balazuc, Labeaume, or Vogüé.
Nature lovers can explore the many hiking trails, and cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the greenways and small roads winding through vineyards, lavender fields, and picturesque villages.

A laundry room and a garage are also available for you to park your vehicle or store bikes and equipment if you’d like to explore the greenways and the magnificent surrounding landscapes.

To ensure a stress-free stay, the beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided. A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee applies.

Minimum 2-night stay required year-round, except in July and August (7 nights); check-in and check-out are possible daily.
