Just a few minutes from Ruoms, this villa will be ideal for a vacation exploring the treasures of the South Ardèche, in a natural setting with all modern comforts!
Here, everything is included: beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!
Take a tour of the magnificent villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, or visit the famous Ardèche Gorges and Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche. You'll also be able to sample the local gastronomy, with fruit and vegetable producers and fine Ardèche wines. And for sports enthusiasts, there's plenty to do: canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, climbing and via ferrata. You can also enjoy superb Hiking or mountain biking trails, such as the Cirque de Gens in Chauzon.
You'll also benefit from our proximity to the "voie verte", which will take you on foot or by bike to Ruoms and its shops, in complete safety and ease.
Villa MaLou is self-contained and has a fully enclosed garden. Relax on deckchairs or play with your Kids.
Its covered terrace is ideal for enjoying meals on the plancha at any time.
Inside, you'll enjoy a bright living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. A large cellar, with washing machine and freezer, is available for additional storage.
On the night side, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm). The bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower and storage space. Separate WC with washbasin.
You can also use the garage for your car, two-wheelers and other equipment.
The villa has an underfloor heating system that can be refreshing in hot weather. All equipment for toddlers is available in the Holiday cottage.

Taina Spacious gite, nice stay
Spacious house, lots of storage space, well equipped, no parking problems. We enjoyed our stay in Villa MaLou.
The location of the villa was perfect for our needs. Big supermarket a few minutes drive away and small supermarket very near. If you use the greenway (voie verte) and walk, you can reach a bike rental (Ma Balade a Velo) 800m away and canoe-kayak rental (River and Canoes) for a descent on Ardeche river is even nearer 350m and a few minutes away. And the greenway Via Ardeche itself is one minute from the villa, for enjoyable bike rides around the area. There are also other bike routes on small roads.Posted on 07/04/2025

Parfaite maison pour famille ou entre amis, dans un secteur calme, les pièces sont spacieuses et tout est prévu, parfaitement organisé, juste à déposer ses valises. Commerces accessibles à pied.

Trio Charmant
Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Malou où le calme était très apprécié.Ghislaine était accueillante,et nous a renseigné sur les sites des environs à visiter et nous avons aimer les produits locaux offerts à notre arrivée.
Villa spacieuse,propre et lumineuse. Avec la chaleur,les stores baissés ,il faisait agréable de rentrer au "frais",et un garage utile pour la voiture.Literie faîte à notre arrivée,ainsi que du linge de bain, un plus.Merci aux propriétaires.- Cleanliness
