The Holiday cottage is located in southern Ardèche, just a few minutes from the lively village of Les Vans, famous for its weekly Market where you can sample delicious local produce. For nature lovers, the Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for a number of trails and walks. It's the ideal starting point for breathing in the fresh air and swimming in the Chassezac river, just a few steps away.

This modern, warmly decorated villa is a little paradise.
All on one level, with a large, flat garden perfect for letting the Kids run around and play, and a pétanque court.
The Piscine is a real delight. Open from May to the end of September and secured by an alarm, all you want to do is dive in and sunbathe facing the mountains.
The south-facing terrace is covered all year round for meals and relaxation.
The little extra: a fully-equipped summer kitchen with pizza oven, double plancha, barbecue... and fitness equipment.

Inside, you'll feel even more at home.
The large, light-filled living room is well-equipped, and the wood-burning stove promises a warm welcome in winter.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to the terrace and Piscine. They are equipped with two 160cm beds and 2 90cm adjustable beds. There's no need to queue, thanks to two shower rooms with showers and two WCs.

Travel light and comfortable: beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
