In the heart of southern Ardèche, between the charming, picturesque village of Labeaume and the lively town of Ruoms, Villa Loreleï invites you to enjoy a relaxing getaway in a peaceful and idyllic setting.

This beautiful, single-story bungalow captivates with its elegant architecture, blending stone facades with spacious interiors. Bathed in light thanks to its many windows overlooking the garden, it offers comfortable and inviting living spaces, perfectly suited for stays with family or friends.

Outside, a true natural oasis spanning 2,500 m² awaits you. The landscaped garden showcases the rocks from the Labeaume quarries. Under the majestic oak tree that stands at the center of the property, everyone will find a cool spot to read, relax, or simply enjoy the song of the cicadas.
Kids will enjoy the playground, while adults can enjoy a game of pétanque before cooling off in the private Piscine under the warm Ardèche sun.

Just a few minutes away, the rivers invite you to swim and take walks.
It’s impossible to resist the charm of Labeaume, less than 2 km away—one of the department’s most beautiful villages, perched on a cliff and crisscrossed by picturesque alleyways perfect for strolling.
Also nearby, Ruoms charms visitors with its summery atmosphere, numerous shops, restaurants, colorful markets, and events throughout the season.

Nature lovers can explore the Ardèche Gorges on foot or by canoe, visit the famous Pont d’Arc, discover the nearby charming villages, or enjoy the many hiking trails and bike paths that crisscross the region. A visit to the Chauvet Cave Reconstruction Center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a must.

Fully air-conditioned, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
The spacious living area, with its high ceilings, combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The large floor-to-ceiling windows naturally extend the space out to the terraces, shaded by pergolas and overlooking the garden and Piscine. Three bedrooms—one with a 160-size bed, one with two 90-size beds, and one with a 160-size bed and a private bathroom—along with two additional bathrooms, ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. A furnished mezzanine above the living room, featuring a 160-bed, completes the sleeping areas.
A pantry adjacent to the kitchen lets you cook just like at home and provides storage space, along with a fully equipped laundry room featuring a washer and dryer.

To make your trip easier, the beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, and a wide range of baby gear is available for your use.
