The villa is also ideally located for exploring the region's must-see sites, such as Grotte Chauvet 2, and tasting local produce at the local markets. This detached, contemporary villa built in 2021 ticks all the boxes. Outside, the enclosed, landscaped garden of around 1000 m² is designed for relaxation and sharing. The private swimming pool overlooking the Ardèche countryside quickly becomes a favorite vacation spot, while the covered terrace hosts convivial meals and barbecue evenings. A pétanque court, ping-pong table and outdoor games complete the facilities for young and old alike. The interior seduces with its bright rooms and warm, modern atmosphere. The air-conditioned living room combines a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD, a convivial dining area and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. At night, the villa has three comfortable bedrooms with one 160cm bed, one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds.
