Far from the beaten track, in southern Ardèche, we welcome you to our contemporary architect-designed house 'Villa Du Serre', where everything is done to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Everything is brand new. The house is on the ground floor, with large bay windows opening onto the private heated swimming pool, terrace and garden, which also allow you to enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Cévennes mountains. The Holiday cottage comprises a single room with a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Beds made on arrival. Air conditioning installed in common areas. Baby equipment available on request. There's also an outside storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bicycles can be stored here. You're just 10 minutes from Les Vans, a pretty, lively village where you'll find all the services you need (a lovely market to sample local produce, a cinema, small restaurants... ). It's a great place to live in this region steeped in history, in the heart of a preserved environment. Take the time to stroll through the beautiful villages (Banne, Naves, Labeaume, ...), take the side roads to discover the Bois de Païolive, the Gorges du Chassezac, the village of Thines... or cool off with a canoe on the Chassezac river, which offers numerous swimming spots... A great place to get away from it all!

    Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool (schöner Aussicht

    Wir wurden zu viert sehr freundlich empfangen, das Haus wurde uns erklärt und wir konnten direkt nach langer Fahrt in den Pool hüpfen.
    Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und herzlich.

    Das Haus gut ausgestattet, schöne Liegen, und auch immer ein Platz im Schatten.
    Toll auch, der Parkplatz garantiert, dass das Auto quasi immer im Schatten steht, sehr durchdacht.

    Auch die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Wohn/Esszimmer ist ohnehin großzügig.

    Wir kommen wieder.

    Super mooie locatie

    Wij werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst door de eigenaar.
    Zeer mooie en rustig gelegen accommodatie.
    Mooi en verzorgd zwembad.
    Het huis was zeer proper en voorzien van alle comfort.
    Een aanrader.

    Tout est parfait! L accueil du propriétaire, la décoration et l’ équipement de la villa sont au top sans oublier le plaisir de profiter de la piscine chauffée et de la vue.
    Le séjour était un peu court … nous prévoyons d’y revenir !!!

    l'Ardèche en avril

    Maison très confortable avec équipement extrêmement complet (y compris enceinte bluetooth) qui rend le séjour très agréable. Même si le temps s'est révélé mitigé, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée (extrêmes frileux s'abstenir en avril). La vue depuis le gite est magnifique et la région offre de nombreuses activités (canyoning, visite de grottes, tourisme rural...) et des produits locaux délicieux (charcuterie, fromages, légumes de saison..).

    Vacances en Ardèche

    Villa bien équipée( il manque juste une balance pour faire la cuisine), accueil des propriétaires top, ils sont disponibles et à l'écoute.
