Far from the beaten track, in southern Ardèche, we welcome you to our contemporary architect-designed house 'Villa Du Serre', where everything is done to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Everything is brand new. The house is on the ground floor, with large bay windows opening onto the private heated swimming pool, terrace and garden, which also allow you to enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Cévennes mountains. The Holiday cottage comprises a single room with a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Beds made on arrival. Air conditioning installed in common areas. Baby equipment available on request. There's also an outside storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bicycles can be stored here. You're just 10 minutes from Les Vans, a pretty, lively village where you'll find all the services you need (a lovely market to sample local produce, a cinema, small restaurants... ). It's a great place to live in this region steeped in history, in the heart of a preserved environment. Take the time to stroll through the beautiful villages (Banne, Naves, Labeaume, ...), take the side roads to discover the Bois de Païolive, the Gorges du Chassezac, the village of Thines... or cool off with a canoe on the Chassezac river, which offers numerous swimming spots... A great place to get away from it all!
