The Holiday cottage is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, the air-conditioned living area includes a lounge, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The first floor is also air-conditioned. There's a 1st bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a bathroom with bath and WC. Upstairs, open the shutters and admire the view of the Rocher de Sampzon from the master bedroom with its 140cm bed and dressing area. The third bedroom has 2 90cm beds. Shower room and WC also on this level.
Enjoy peace of mind and security with the fully enclosed garden and electric parking gate.

Halfway between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cévennes Ardéchoise, Ruoms is just 5 minutes away. In the village, 500 meters away, you'll find small shops and farm producers within walking distance.
It's a great place to recharge your batteries and marvel at the exceptional heritage of the southern Ardèche! A footpath can take you to the many dolmens in the area and to other beautiful villages, including Labeaume and its hanging gardens.
