Villa Cool Douce

Facing south on the hills of "Les Clairières de Vinchannes", the villa has a breathtaking view over the Beaume valley and the medieval village of Joyeuse. Surrounded by nature, vineyards, olive groves and pine trees, you'll find peace and quiet and absolute comfort for your vacation. The villa is 1 km from the center of City. Every Wednesday morning, you can take advantage of the Market to discover local products. Ideally located for visiting the southern Ardèche and cultural sites such as Grotte Chauvet 2, but also for swimming in the river and taking part in a wide range of activities.
Included in the rental price is an "ISLA COOL DOUCE" pass for the summer period (July and August), giving you access to "the most beautiful beach in the Ardèche" in the cirque de Gens.
For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a large 11 m x 4 m swimming pool open from May to September, an outdoor barbecue, a private garden with aromatic plants and several private parking spaces (one of which is covered). Arranged on several levels, you'll find a living area with a lounge and a living room with an open, integrated kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have a south-facing terrace, with a balcony ideal for relaxing. One bedroom has a 160cm bed, its own dressing area and private bathroom. The other bedrooms include a 140cm bed and 4 90cm beds (2 of which are Bunk beds). A bathroom with shower and WC is available upstairs, and a separate WC on the first floor.
The house has reversible air-conditioning in all rooms.
Closed bicycle storage. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Table tennis in the garden.
