Villa Cima welcomes you to a peaceful setting close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the beautiful listed villages of Vogüe, Balazuc and Labeaume.
It is on the first floor, easy to live in, with a small garden and a sunny terrace to relax on, complete with gas barbecue and deckchairs.
The discreet owners live upstairs with their two young children (their terrace is on the opposite side).
The gîte comprises a kitchen, a living/dining room with a sofa that can be converted for a child, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a shower room with WC. Included in the rent, heat pump heating (no air-conditioning).
For your comfort, the bed is made up on arrival and sheets are provided (towels extra). Baby equipment available on request (no extra charge). Senseo pod coffee maker. Small storage room for bicycles.
On the practical side, there's a small convenience store in the village that you can walk to. It's an ideal location for outdoor sports: canoeing on the Ardèche, climbing on the cliffs of the cirque de Gens at Chauzon, mountain biking and hiking on the many marked trails... To cool off, you can go for a swim in the Ardèche at Lanas, 2 km away. Numerous markets bring this beautiful region to life, and you're sure to enjoy delicious local produce and sun-kissed fruit in Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Aubenas... Non-smoking gîte.
