Between Ruoms (13 km) and Les Vans (10 km), 2 km from the Chassezac river and 6 km from the Ardèche river, sports enthusiasts can choose from a wide range of activities: canoeing, canyoning, Hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails, greenways, climbing, etc.

Entirely built by the owners in 2021, this detached villa will welcome you on 2 levels.
Its enclosed outdoor space, with petanque court, ping-pong table and semi-covered terrace for meals and barbecues, is a real delight in any season!
Take a dip in the beautiful private swimming pool, equipped with a counter-current swim, to cool off after a good Hiking.

Inside, on the ground floor, you'll enjoy the warmth of the living room all year round, thanks to the air conditioning and pellet stove. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 3 with 3 x 160cm beds, private shower rooms and TV. One has been adapted for disabled guests. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm), a second bedroom with 3 single beds (80cm) and an area with a sofa, TV and games for Kids. Upstairs shower room with Italian shower and double washbasin. Separate WC on each level.
