On the heights of Uzer, in a quiet environment, you'll appreciate the view of nature from the Holiday cottage's terrace.
This bright, spacious ground-floor apartment is located on the first floor of the owner's house.
Everything has been designed to give you your own private, unoverlooked space.
You'll be able to take advantage of the swimming pool below the Holiday cottage (the owners will only make use of it when you're out and about). Deckchairs and a pool-house make for pleasant relaxation. A plancha grill is also available.

In the Holiday cottage, you'll find a large living room with 2 corner sofas (one of which converts into a bed for a Kids), TV, wifi connection, library, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a 160cm bed and access to the terrace. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Each room has a large sliding glass window with direct access to the semi-covered terrace.
Private parking space. Bicycle storage on the owner's premises.

For your convenience, everything is included: bed linen, towels and housekeeping.

During your stay, feel free to explore our beautiful region, discovering listed villages (Balazuc, Largentière, Vogüé). The famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and its Pont d'Arc are less than an hour away, via the defiles of Ruoms.

In the interests of transparency, we would like to inform you that this year, a house is scheduled to be built nearby, between March and October 2026. The construction site will not be visible from the Holiday cottage and will not affect the superb view. However, should this cause any inconvenience during your stay, the owners undertake to reduce the price by 20%.
