Discover this spacious, recently renovated Holiday cottage and enjoy its private Piscine (8x4).
This detached house with large grounds, just a 5-minute walk from the center of the village of Uzer, will welcome you with friends or family.
The living rooms are on the 1st level.
The entrance is via a large veranda overlooking the grounds and the Piscine.
An entrance hall leads on one side to the living room with air-conditioned lounge (sofa, flat-screen TV), and on the other to the fully-equipped, integrated kitchen, also air-conditioned.
On the night side, 3 bedrooms (the 1st with a 160cm bed and private shower room, the 2nd with 2 90cm beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, and the 3rd with a 140cm bed), a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a separate toilet.

Outside, a summer kitchen with plancha and terrace for meals. Table tennis, table soccer and petanque area available.

Below, a private Piscine with a lovely beach for sunbathing and two shaded areas (pool open from June to September).

The Villa Bella'm Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring our beautiful region and discovering the listed villages of Balazuc (5mn), Largentière (10 mn), Vogüé (10mn), visiting the famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche (less than an hour away) via the defiles of Ruoms (15mn), discovering the Gorges de l'Ardèche and its famous Pont d'Arc, not forgetting the landscapes of the Ardéchoise Mountain (Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Lake d'Issarlès....). You'll also be tempted by the local markets in Jaujac and Vals-les-Bains (spa town with Casino), where you can sample Ardèche specialities.
