You'll love the Wellbeing area with Spa and Sauna, the Sports hall (treadmill) and the Cinema. Outside, you'll love the infinity pool (April to October, 3x12m, 1.70) with its 2 pools, table tennis, barbecue and brazier.

You can stroll through the narrow streets of the village of Balazuc and enjoy access to the river just a few minutes away on foot. A greenway is less than a kilometer from the Holiday cottage, allowing you to reach Ruoms or Vogüé on foot or by bike.

It is laid out over 3 levels, accessible by elevator.
On the main level, the living area welcomes you with a cosy lounge featuring a wood-burning stove (wood supplied), large sofas and a dining room with a beautiful imitation-marble table. The kitchen is independent, with a variety of small tables and access to the terrace with its magnificent views. An office and separate toilet with dressing area are available on this level.
Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms await you:
- A suite with 180cm bed, private bathroom, WC and large private terrace.
- A suite with a 180cm bed and private bathroom.
- Two other bedrooms with one 180cm bed and 2 90cm beds, a shared bathroom and separate toilet.
On the lower first floor, for greater independence, you'll find a studio with a bedroom with a 180cm bed, private shower room, separate toilet and a living area (kitchen, lounge and living room).

Everything is included: Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning.
