Open the doors and enter a modern, comfortable and bright living room with bay windows. On the same level, enjoy a beautiful 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to the terrace; a dressing room, and a contemporary bathroom with bath, shower and WC. A study area that can be converted into a double bedroom. Separate laundry and WC.
Climb the stairs to discover 3 bedrooms with 2 x 80cm beds that can be converted into 160cm beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, and separate WC.
Take a break on the sunny, covered terraces, which offer panoramic views of the Ardèche mountains.
