This detached villa, located on the edge of a hectare of woodland at the owner's disposal, combines a number of features: a secure private swimming pool with roller shutter, a private enclosed outdoor area, a fully air-conditioned summer house on one level, and modern, comfortable facilities.
Add to this an ideal location for discovering the Southern Ardèche. Just 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the famous Ardèche Gorges; a few kilometers from the sublime villages of Labeaume, and the great cultural sites of Aven d'Orgnac and Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche.
For lovers of outdoor activities, the choice is yours: canoeing, accrobranche, Hiking or Mountain biking under the expert guidance of David, the owner and bike enthusiast.
On a plot of around 2000m², you'll find a group of 4 single-storey villas, each completely independent. It's possible for several families to get together and reserve their own villa for added comfort.
Inside, this villa (adapted for people with reduced mobility) includes a beautiful living area with lounge and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room, a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC. To make the most of your stay, you also need to be able to rest well. Particular attention is paid to bedding (5* hotel quality).
Private parking.
Your pet is welcome, provided it respects the rules of the house and grounds.
Travel light and be comfortable from the moment you arrive: beds are made and towels provided.
