Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this air-conditioned home (in the living area) offers high-quality amenities in a quiet and idyllic setting. You’ll appreciate its bright and functional spaces, which open onto the outdoors, as well as its thoughtful layout designed for a peaceful vacation.

The inviting living area features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing quality time with family or friends. The three bedrooms provide a restful retreat after a day of exploring the Ardèche region’s treasures (2 bedrooms with 160-cm beds—one with convertible beds—and 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds), a bathroom with a toilet, and an attached garage.

Outside, everything is in place to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private pool invites you to swim and relax throughout the day. The furnished covered terrace is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, while the pétanque court promises warm, friendly moments. Younger guests can play safely on the playground in the garden. The property is fully fenced. A fire pit is available.

Ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, a must-see destination in southern Ardèche, the villa serves as a prime starting point for exploring the Ardèche Gorges, canoeing and kayaking, explore the many hiking trails, or visit the charming villages for which the region is renowned. The famous Chauvet-2-Ardèche Cave, Provençal markets, river swimming, and outdoor activities are also nearby.
