In the peaceful hamlet of Massargues, just a few minutes from the famous Aven d'Orgnac, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of the Ardèche countryside, with family or friends.

This new (2022), modern villa is ideally located at the crossroads of the Ardèche and Gard regions. It's perfect for discovering the marvels of the southern Ardèche: the mythical Ardèche Gorges for hiking or canoeing, and the beautiful villages of character. All shops and services are in the village, around 3kms away. Many events are organized during the summer, so you won't be bored!

Villa Alma is an independent, comfortable house, all on the first floor and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Situated at the end of a road, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a natural environment with few neighbours.

The private, heated Piscine (4x3.5m, depth 1m40) lets you take a refreshing dip from May to September, weather permitting. The outside area is perfect for a game of pétanque or Kids' games, with both sun and shade. There's a covered terrace with electric barbecue. New from April 2023: a 5-seater Spa awaits you in the garden, in a wooden Cabin.

Inside, you'll enjoy a bright, airy living room with Chromecast TV, sitting area and built-in kitchen.
The 1st bedroom has a 160cm bed and a private bathroom fully adapted for people with reduced mobility (shower and toilet with grab bar). There are 3 further bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has an Italian shower and separate WC.

Sheets and towels available for hire.
For your comfort, and especially in high season, heating and reversible air conditioning throughout the house (included in the price).
Don't worry: arrivals in July and August are from Sunday to Sunday.
