Between 2 and 3 hours from major cities such as Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Grenoble, Clermont-Ferrand, Avignon, Montpellier or Aix-en-Provence, in the heart of the Ibie valley, bordering the Gard and Drôme Provençale regions, here's Holiday cottage VANESSA in Ardèche Méridionale.
Heated, covered swimming pool (weather permitting), solarium, pool-house, shared with 2 other Holiday cottages. Owners live on site.
Open from Easter to the end of September. Holiday cottage 65m2 for 4 people. South-facing, it has two terraces, one facing south and the other facing sunset (partly covered). Adjoining the Julie Holiday cottage.
Traditionally built, the Holiday cottage has good thermal and acoustic insulation, with Electric heating and air conditioning in the living area.
Ground floor: living room with extended kitchenette and sitting area with sofa and TV. One bedroom with 140 cm bed. WC.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), shower room.
Non-smoking accommodation. Private parking and unoverlooked terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Visit the Coiron volcanic massif and its special features (troglodyte village of Balmes de Montbrun...). Fishing in rivers and lakes. Lussas wildlife park and other local festivals.
Bed linen provided free of charge for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Rental for all short stays.
