Located just 2 km from Tournon-sur-Rhône, the Val'Vercors Holiday cottage offers privileged access to the wonders of the Ardèche. Explore the charming old City of Tournon sur Rhône, visit its medieval castle and discover the local history. Don't miss the departure of the famous Ardèche tourist train, a unique experience through the region's picturesque landscapes. Wine lovers will be enchanted by the proximity of the Wine Route, where you can sample many of the region's finest vintages. For a family outing, the Peaugres Safari, just a short drive away, promises an unforgettable day among animals from all over the world. The property is located in the heart of the St Joseph appellation. Access is via a 400-meter private driveway. There are two Holiday cottages and the owner's residence. The single-storey accommodation, built to the rear of the main house, guarantees privacy and comfort. You'll love the unoverlooked terrace, with its panoramic view over Tournon and Tain l'Hermitage, where you can relax in total peace and quiet. The accommodation comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette and a separate sitting room, both opening onto the east-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the first light of day. Two welcoming bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, a shower room and separate toilet complete the property. Free Wi-Fi fiber access to stay connected. En premier lieu, pour votre information: MUZOL ne veut rien dire et ne constitue par un titre .
Je vous remercie pour votre avis dans lequel vous m' octroyez une note de 3/5 qui reflète très bien l'accueil que je réserve aux personnes qui demandent un passe droit...pour une arrivée 2 heures avant l'heure d'arrivée contractuelle .
Quant à "l'envahissement" des moustiques qui empêche de manger dehors, aucun de vos prédécesseurs ou successeurs n'ont fait mention d'un tel envahissement. De même, pour les occupants de l'autre gite distant de 25 mètres.
Pour la saison prochaine, j'envisage de renforcer les équipements de lutte anti-moustiques, présents comme partout ailleurs en France . -
NnR Cycling in the Rhone
We had a lovely week in this well-equipped gite. Bernard gave us a warm welcome and he ensured that we had everything we needed. We were on a cycling holiday so it was great to have a comfortable base to relax. The views of Vercours from the living room and balcony were fantastic, morning and evening. We would be very happy to stay here again.
(And if you don't speak much French Bernard also speaks English.)C'etait un tres bon sejour. Nous avons eu un accueil sympathique et le gite avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous serions très heureux d'y revenir.

Aud. Très beau gîte sur les hauteurs.
Nous avons aimé notre séjour en Ardèche, le gîte est très fonctionnel et très chaleureux et la vue on ne s'en lasse pas . Le propriétaire très gentil et très discret nous ne l'avons pas vu durant notre semaine
Le seul petit bémol pour nous à été la literie dans la chambre avec le lit double mais c'est très personnel car nous avons trouvé le matelas trop mou .Avec nos remerciements au propriétaire.
La petite famille de la région des Yvelines.

Une maison très agréable avec un grand confort, un équipement extrêmement complet, son absence de vis à vis, une vue impressionnante sur les vignes tout autour, la campagne environnante, sur le Rhône et au loin le Vercors. un propriétaire très accueillant à l'écoute. La difficulté du chemin d'accès est très vite oubliée. Bref, une excellente parenthèse. Je recommande vivement.

dphil A ne pas louper !
Même si c’est tout au bout d’un chemin entre les vignes, le gîte en vaut la peine et la vue est époustouflante.
L’accueil est très chaleureux et le propriétaire est à l’écoute de ses hôtes.
