In the heart of the gentle Ardèche countryside, overlooking the Doux valley, in a quiet, natural setting, 2 Holiday cottages have been fitted out in this lovely, tastefully restored house. The first, the bright "Vallon" Holiday cottage, opens onto a large, sunny terrace, ideal for sharing warm, outdoor moments.
You'll enjoy 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and double washbasin, and a pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and lounge with sofa bed (2 people). At the back of the house, you'll enjoy a private heated* swimming pool, open from May to September. The landscaped garden, shared by both Holiday cottages, also features a ping-pong table and a petanque court. The Holiday cottage is located just 5 km from Désaignes, a charming village of character and former 13th-century fortress. Bed linen and towels provided. A closed garage is at your disposal PISCINE INFO: open from early May to late September, weather permitting. Dimensions: 12m x 6m/heated/ Depth 1m40 spoon 1m80/The pool is chlorine-treated and has a rigid shutter, secured by a key.

Un très bon séjour dans ce merveilleux département. Nous avons l'habitude d'y venir tout les ans mais cette année les couleurs automnale y étaient exceptionnelle. Le logement parfait. Que du bonheur. Un grand merci à gaelle qui gère avec soin tout les gîtes.

Simons family Beautiful peaceful cottage with great facilities
We had a wonderful stay at ferme du Vallon. The cottage is set in the most beautiful countryside, with wonderful views from the terrace, but only a few km from the interesting village of Desaignes. The cottage is equipped to a very high standard, and every thought has been given to ensuring you have a relaxing stay . The grounds are well cared for and the facilities are second to none, a beautiful pool with pool house, and also use of a boules court, table tennis, table football, a trampoline and sandpit mean all the family can enjoy spending time here. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend a visit
