Nestled between vineyards and country lanes, come and set up home in this beautiful contemporary villa in the southern Ardèche! Relaxation, lounging by the swimming pool heated to 28° from 1/04 to 7/11, and of course, discovering the magnificent landscapes and sites of the Ardèche region - that's what awaits you here!
Close to Vallon Pont d'Arc, the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and the many villages of character, you'll be able to explore all the major sites.
This villa is ideal for everyone: entirely on one level, with an enclosed outdoor area, you can let your Kids play in total peace and quiet.
Inside, you'll enjoy a flood of light thanks to the large bay windows. And for all-season comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned.
The highlight of the villa: from April onwards, you can take advantage of the heated Piscine until the All Saints' vacation. A real plus for diving into happiness!
Deckchairs and lounges are at your disposal to relax and unwind around the Piscine.
For pétanque enthusiasts, the pitch and boules are ready for a great game.
Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. You'll enjoy a living room with large picture windows, perfect for relaxing with a view of the Piscine and garden. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with quality beds (1 x 160cm, 2 x 90cm) and wall cupboards. The bathroom with walk-in shower is separate from the WC. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor lunches. A barbecue is also available.
Travel light and comfortable: beds are made on arrival and towels and tea towels are provided. Board games and outdoor games are available.

Les namurois Des vacances de rêve
Super séjour en Ardèche.
Maison très agréable, au calme, hyper équipée et décorée avec goût. Extérieur charmant, bien aménagé et agrémenté d'une super piscine.
Cerise sur le gâteau une propriétaire super sympa, disponible et très accueillante.

Alexxx Fidèle à mes attentes
Voire meilleur sur certains points.
Accueil très sympa, rapide.
Petits présents par Muriel très appréciés.
Gîte spacieux, propre, fonctionnel.
Piscine et équipements au top.
L'emplacement est vraiment sympa.
Les seuls infimes problèmes ont porté sur le wifi de la fibre qui ne fonctionnait plus et impossible à relancer, ainsi que la pompe de la piscine qui ne tournait plus pendant une journée.
Le canapé n'est pas très confortable mais bon ...
Pas suffisant pour gâcher cette superbe semaine.

Fanny C. Séjour très agréable
La maison et ses extérieurs sont très agréables. La piscine chauffée permet de se baigner aisément. Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et on s'y est senti très bien. Je recommande fortement! La propriétaire est très agréable et joignable si besoin.

Volker Perfect Private Relaxing site
Perfect little villa in a countryside place. Brandnew interior, enough space and a comfortable shower. Heated private pool 27C (covered) with several entry stairs. Very nice contact to the owners. Perfect for relaxing, sunbathing but also for some hiking tripps and Canouing in te Ardeche.

Merci pour votre aimable avis. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la piscine chauffée ainsi que le cadre paisible. Nous apprécions votre suggestion de planter des arbres pour plus d'ombre. Nous y réfléchirons pour améliorer le confort de nos vacanciers.

Bourguignons Séjour du 19 au 26 avril 2025
Séjour très agréable dans un endroit calme. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible.
La piscine chauffée est un plus donc nous avons pu profiter avec plaisir. La maison est décorée avec goût, tout est harmonieux.
Gîte à proximité des principaux lieux touristiques, le rendant très attractifs.(Petit remarque : le portillon devrait avoir une petite attâche pour le retenir an cas de vent et éviter qu'il ne se ferme sur un enfant par exemple).
