In the south of the Ardèche, at the foot of the Cévennes, a detached house in a quiet setting, 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc (start of the Ardèche Gorges by car, on foot or by canoe) or Barjac (medieval village between the Ardèche and Cèze rivers), the starting point for numerous nature excursions in both the Ardèche and Gard regions, and equidistant from cities with a rich cultural heritage (Aubenas, Nîmes, Avignon, Orange...). The house features a private above-ground swimming pool* open from May to September, a large wooded plot and flower garden, a laundry room/garage for motorcycles or bicycles, and a 17 m2 covered terrace. Holiday cottage entirely on one level. Fitted kitchen, large living room with sitting area (sofa, TNT TV, WIFI connection), 1 bedroom (2 beds 80 x 200), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) (pillows 65x65 or 50x70), shower room (large shower cubicle), WC, wood-burning stove from November to March (compressed wood logs) and high-performance electric radiators. All baby equipment available (Umbrella bed, high chair, booster seat, BB bathtub, changing mat, BB potty). Bed linen, towels and cleaning optional.
