Step into this charming home, located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet setting. Adjacent to a permanent residence, it offers both peace and quiet and easy access to local amenities (Ruoms and its shops are just 10 minutes away).
Its private garden, complete with a small storage area for your bikes, promises pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. Take advantage of its proximity to the greenway and set off on foot or by bike, in complete safety, toward Vogüé or Ruoms.

Highlights of your stay include strolls through the beautiful cobblestone streets of Balazuc or Labeaume, a quick trip to the Ruoms Market on Friday mornings to sample delicious local products, and a visit to the replica of the Chauvet Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage Site... And for the more active: canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges, hiking and swimming in the stunning Cirque de Gens in Chauzon, or mountain biking through the vineyards.

Inside, you’ll love the stone walls in the living room and its fireplace (firewood provided), which create a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Beautiful natural light streams in through the floor-to-ceiling windows into the second living area. The fully equipped, modern kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
A steep staircase leads you upstairs. There you’ll find a bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a low mezzanine converted into a relaxation area for reading or unwinding.
You’ll enjoy reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom for comfort year-round.
