Take a break where time seems to stand still, in the heart of a 150-hectare estate, in one of the haciendas of The Bear Mountain. Hacienda San Antonio invites you to slow down, breathe in and reconnect fully with nature. Surrounded by wild, soothing landscapes, it offers a true haven of peace, a timeless space conducive to rest and escape. Ideally located, quiet yet close to the region's must-sees, it's just 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the famous Ardèche Gorges, and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Barjac.
Between rivers, cliffs, picturesque villages and typical Markets, the surrounding area is full of treasures to discover. This semi-detached villa, not overlooked, is on two levels and can accommodate up to 8 people in a warm atmosphere inspired by the Highland Cattle world.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large suite with a double bed (140cm), two single beds (90cm), one of which is a bunk bed, and its own shower room, as well as a vast air-conditioned living-dining room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a separate toilet. Two large terraces invite you to take advantage of the fine weather, with a gas barbecue for convivial outdoor meals. Upstairs (accessible via an outside staircase), two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), offer direct access to a shaded terrace. From here, the panoramic view of Bessas, Barjac, the Monts d'Ardèche and the ranch is simply breathtaking. There's also a separate shower room and WC on this level, and an enclosed outdoor area where your pets (accepted at extra cost) can run free. The private swimming pool, with its location facing the surrounding countryside, is sure to please. Parking and a boules pitch are available. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. A charging point for electric vehicles is also available at extra cost.

Just 500 meters from the Holiday cottage, owners Edwige and Jérôme, passionate about wide open spaces, horses and the American West, will show you their ranch and its animals - Highland cows, horses, goats and much more.
Farmers and lovers of their land, they welcome you with authenticity to their Ardèche estate for a change of scenery, between nature, simplicity and wonder.
