In the heart of the village of Lavilledieu, between Aubenas and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, this small holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house welcomes you for a stay for two, in a calm and relaxing environment. Comfortable and functional, the accommodation features a pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchen and lounge area, a comfortable bedroom for 2 people and a shower room with WC. You'll enjoy a private exterior, ideal for enjoying your meals around the plancha or relaxing after your walks. The accommodation is on the first floor, with the owner living upstairs. Each unit has its own entrance and private terrace. The Holiday cottage has a terrace with 3 areas for relaxation: one with table, chairs, parasol and view of the village, one for outdoor meals with table, chairs and plancha, and one for coffee or reading with a small sitting area. A bicycle storage area is reserved for you, and a carport is shared with the owner. The owner has a small dog and cat, but is happy to accept yours, provided it is sociable. The property is fenced in (suitable for small dogs), and is ideally situated for exploring the riches of the southern Ardèche. Just a few kilometers away, you can explore the famous Ardèche gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche. Nature lovers will love the numerous Hiking trails, river swimming and canoeing trips, as well as the picturesque villages of Balazuc, Vogüé and Labeaume. You can also stroll through the Provencal markets, discover local producers, visit Aubenas and its castle, or take advantage of the many outdoor activities on offer: cycling, tree-climbing, horse-riding and rock-climbing.
