In the heart of the Countryside, this 400-year-old stone farmhouse tells an authentic family story. Antoine, the latest generation, chose to bring this characterful building back to life by moving in with his family and creating this Holiday cottage designed for peaceful, warm stays. The interior of the Holiday cottage, which has been completely renovated, is neat, modern and functional. Fully air-conditioned thanks to a ducted system and equipped with electric shutters, it offers an all-inclusive stay with bed linen, towels and housekeeping included. The U-shaped building is organized around an enclosed courtyard dedicated to the gîte. The layout of the spaces guarantees peace and privacy, with no one overlooking the house. At its center, a majestic olive tree adds a Mediterranean touch. The terrace features garden furniture and a relaxation area, ideal for enjoying the warm weather. The garden is in the process of being landscaped, with a recently planted lawn. On the ground floor, a practical entrance hall is ideal for storing shoes and equipment. The bright living room (with two steps) includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with connected TV and sofa bed. A toilet is available on this level. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, provide pleasant sleeping spaces. A shower room with large walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the first floor. The village of Quintenas is around 1 kilometer away and offers all the local shops you need, ideal for shopping on foot. There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area, including Annonay, the Peaugres WOW safari, the Ardèche Train, the Côtes du Rhône vineyards and numerous hiking and biking trails. For a refreshing dip in the water, Annonay's aquatic center or Lake des Vernets will delight young and old alike.
