Brand-new studio located in Saint-Sernin, close to the main tourist attractions in the Ardèche.

It's an ideal location for exploring the southern Ardèche region, and discovering must-see sites such as Vogüé and Balazuc, not forgetting the famous Ardèche Gorges, Pont d'Arc and Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche.
You'll also be close to Aubenas, with its rich heritage and recently restored Château.
In Saint-Sernin, you'll find local shops (bakery, mini-market, restaurant...).

The studio "Le Petit Arbousier" offers ergonomic living. It's not big, but it's functional, there's nothing missing and it's cute!
The studio is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance and private parking space in front of the cottage.
It is located in a quiet, residential area of the village of Saint-Sernin. Access to the property is via an electric gate, and your vehicle is safely parked.

The main room is air-conditioned. It includes a fully-equipped living room/kitchen with removable dining table and chairs, TV, wifi internet connection, a small bedroom (140cm bed) separated from the living room by a sliding door, a bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.

Outside, a private, semi-covered area with garden furniture, ideal for summer barbecues.
