Treat yourself to a relaxing interlude in this studio, nestled on the edge of the cliff in one of France's most beautiful villages.
Need a break from your hectic daily routine? Or simply want to take the 2 of you out to discover the magnificent Ardèche countryside? Studio Le Cygne Blanc will meet all your expectations.
Located just a stone's throw from the village of Balazuc, the gîte, adjoining the owners' house, welcomes you all year round in a setting that will leave you breathless.
From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Ardèche river, and have direct access (approx. 100m) to a private beach. Once down there, you're guaranteed a relaxing swim.
On the way up, you can stop off at the Buddhist Zen garden of owner Nga, who is Vietnamese and can share her origins with you.
All year round, you can discover the wonders of the département by hiking (don't miss a visit to the little hamlet of Vieil Audon nearby), or strolling through the picturesque villages (Labeaume, Vogüé).
Some shops in the village less than a kilometer away.
The studio is comfortably furnished with a fully-integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, living area with sofa bed and 140cm bed. The bathroom includes shower and WC.
Travel light and pack light: the bed is made up on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
A private parking space is available. Electric heating included.
Your pet is welcome here, if it gets on well with the other animals (a dog and a cat are present next door).

Marie Un coin de paradis au cœur de l'Ardeche
Séjour au calme. Le logement est à l’extérieur de Balazuc dans une rue peu passante avec pleins d’arbres autour ce qui fait qu’un calme incroyable y règne. Parfait pour se ressourcer.
Nous avons été accueillis avec une petite boisson maison délicieuse et il est également possible de commander les spécialité vietnamienne maison. Nga et William sont des personnes vraiment accueillantes et sympathiques (avec les humains mais également avec les toutous).
Je recommande vraiment ce gîte.

AJ Haven of peace
Clean, well equipped with a balcony overlooking the Ardeche gorge. Big enough for a small table and chairs plus 2 sun loungers. Steps allow access to the riverside. We were able to swim before breakfast and upon return to the apartment in the evening. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. A 10 minute walk into the village. Calm and safe. Excellent value for money.

Sabine D Un petit coin de paradis
2 nuits qui ont paru 1 semaine de détente tellement on s'est trouvés déconnectés du quotidien. Accueil très sympathique, avec un verre de bienvenue. Parking juste à côté de l'hébergement. Le studio est adorable et fonctionnel, avec petit balcon privatif, tranquille pour manger en extérieur. Possibilité de commander le petit dèj' ou le repas (délicieux nems et porc au caramel) préparés par la propriétaire des lieux. Proximité de plusieurs villages à faire à pied (centre de Balazuc, Viel Odon...), Plusieurs tracés de rando de niveaux différents. Séjour à refaire, sans hésiter !

Tatunka hospitalité
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui nous ont offert une boisson à notre arrivée.
Madame fait une excellente cuisine vietnamienne à la demande, on recommande vivement les nems.
Le site est très calme en tout cas en février et donne envie d'y revenir au printemps pour profiter des petites terrasses du jardin.- Cleanliness
