Let yourself be tempted by a stay in verdant surroundings, between vineyards and meadows, far from urban turbulence! This comfortable, self-contained cottage, built of local stone, has recently been tastefully renovated.
A few steps lead up to the "La Galinette" holiday cottage. Its beautiful wooden terrace, with its Unusual look, offers a breathtaking view of the Ardèche landscape and will undoubtedly satisfy your need for outdoor living. You'll be able to relax or enjoy your meals (gas plancha available).
There's also a small area below the Holiday cottage where you can read or relax on the sunbeds.
Inside, you'll find a sitting area with armchairs and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with 140 cm bed and closet, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Beds made on arrival, linen supplied and housekeeping included!
The owners live nearby and offer another Holiday cottage on the estate. Over an aperitif, they'll introduce you to some Ardéchois specialties (for stays of at least a week).
In the pretty village of Saint Jean le Centenier, 900 m away, you'll find a small shop and restaurant.
Various tourist attractions nearby: Montbrun troglodytic caves (balmes) - Vallon Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche (35 minutes away) - Montélimar, capital of nougat (30 minutes away) - Alba la Romaine with its Circus Festival during the week of July 14th (10 minutes away), international documentary film festival in the pretty village of Lussas (10 minutes away).
For the more sporty, canoe down the Gorges de l'Ardèche 20 minutes away.
And don't forget the southern markets and swimming in the Ardèche rivers.
