Le Chêne is a detached 50m2 Provencal villa-style Holiday cottage on garden level, set in 2,200m2 of wooded grounds.
Although adjoining two other 2-person Holiday cottages, it has its own entrance and private outdoor space.
You'll enjoy its spacious semi-covered terrace for relaxing and dining.

You'll love its location in the quiet, country setting of the Quartier du Prieuré, a stone's throw from Lablachère's famous Megalithic Bridge, and just a few minutes from the village center, which offers all amenities: Sunday morning Market, bakery, butcher's shop, wine shop, bars and restaurants, Pharmacy, Doctor, aquatic center....

Only the Piscine is shared (unheated), but as each couple has its own rhythm, you'll often be alone there.
Open from mid-May to the end of September, weather permitting, you'll love the pool's 4x12 m dimensions and 3 swim levels: 50 cm, 125 cm and 185 cm (chlorine, unheated).
For the sake of hygiene and safety, deckchairs are allocated to each Holiday cottage for the duration of your stay.

The Holiday cottage is designed for 2 people.
On the first floor, there's a living room with flat-screen TV and fiber-optic wifi, opening onto the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with 140 cm bed.
For your comfort: Beds made on arrival, linen supplied and end-of-stay cleaning included (the accommodation must be left tidy and clean, with garbage cans emptied, bed unmade, kitchenette, fridge and appliances cleaned).

When it comes to sightseeing and activities, there's nothing to get bored of: Les Vans is 10 minutes away (Saturday Market), the Ardèche Gorges and the famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche 20 minutes away, the Chassezac Gorges 10 km away for swimming or canoeing, and nearby hiking and biking trails.
