On the heights of Tournon (in the heart of the St Joseph AOC), we welcome you to a warm, family atmosphere in the heart of nature. You'll love Somarel, a 1680 building, for its calm and character. Two comfortable bedrooms are available. Suite Mistral', accommodating 2 to 5 people, with private bathroom and toilet. Chambre Alizé', a cosy cocoon for 2 people, warm and cosy decor, private bathroom and WC. Your taste buds will be tantalized from breakfast onwards. In the evening, upon reservation, enjoy a regional table d'hôte prepared with fresh local produce. Come and discover the wild, natural Doux Valley on the Train de l'Ardèche and Mastrou, or why not take a more leisurely ride on the Vélorail des gorges du Doux. Or take a stroll over the hills of the famous local Vineyards, where you'll find exceptional views of the meandering Rhône as you climb... and 1,000 other trails to explore in the heart of the Ardèche verte... Don't forget your Hiking shoes! Table d'hôte ... Fresh, local, seasonal produce.

C'était notre première expérience en chambre d'hôte, et nous sommes absolument enchantés. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une bienveillance et une sympathie remarquables. La chambre était parfaite : propre, confortable, avec une salle de bain et des WC privatifs, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir à l'aise.
Le véritable coup de cœur a été la vue depuis notre chambre et la terrasse du petit-déjeuner. Nous avons eu le plaisir de contempler un magnifique panorama sur les oliviers, un paysage apaisant et typique de la région. L'exposition de la terrasse était idéale, ce qui a rendu notre petit-déjeuner encore plus agréable.
Nous avions quelques appréhensions sur le concept des chambres d'hôtes, mais ce séjour nous a totalement rassurés. L'accueil chaleureux, l'attention portée aux détails et cette atmosphère conviviale nous ont conquis.
Sans hésitation, nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour en Ardèche. Un immense merci pour ce moment parfait et pour nous avoir fait découvrir les joies des chambres d'hôtes !

Des hôtes charmants, un excellent dîner. Un bâtiment historique, donc très sinueux – cela fait tout son charme, mais ce n'est pas tout à fait adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un cadre magnifique, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps (malheureusement trop court) que nous y avons passé.
